Minimum period of interpreting: 4 hours. VAT is not included in the above prices.

Types of interpreting:

Interpreting can be chosen from the following types considering the request of the customers.

Consecutive interpreting;
Whispering interpreting and
Simultaneous translation

Let us introduce the above mentioned types so that you can choose the most suitable one for your needs

Consecutive Interpreting is generally used on conferences, programmes, exhibitions, etc., where the speech of the speaker is interpreted to the target-language unit by unit afterwards. In case the speech has to be interpreted into more then one language it is not recommended to use this type of interpreting, because it takes too much time and it really breaks the speech. Consecutive interpreting can be used on discussions and meetings: in this case depending on the type of the meeting the most effective way is the interpreting in short phases.
‘Whispering’ Interpreting is recommended when only very few people do not speak the language of the conference or meeting. In this case the interpreter is sitting close to the little group of people of about 1-3 persons, and he/she interprets the heard speech simultaneously. The interpreter tells the questions and answers of the big audience towards the little group of people and the answers of the little group towards the audience loudly.
Simultaneous Interpreting makes it possible for people speaking in several different languages to listen to the speech in the language they speak almost at the same time. This method saves time. This type of interpreting provides an outstanding solution on professional events, conferences, training courses, presentations and multinational business events.

Some technical equipment is necessary for simultaneous interpreting: interpreters’ cabin, headsets etc. If you need, we can help to arrange the above mentioned equipment.

Discounts:

Over three days of interpreting 10% discount of the whole price is provided.
In case you need more than one interpreter (two or more) at the same time, 10% of the whole price is provided
In case you enter into a Partnership Contract with us, 10% discount is provided for the whole year of 2007.
For the costumers who order translation service for simultaneous events, 5% discount is provided.
At the same time only one type of discount can be called.
